Community Artist exploring what it means to be human

Creative connection to ourselves, others and the world around us.

Explorative journey unearthing fragments of shadow and light, trauma, interconnectedness and solitude. Calling us back to the womb and pushing forward in our body, reconnecting with ourselves.

Alongside my own practice, I offer vocal improvisation sessions

I welcome you to play with your edges and work through blockages in your voice and belief systems. I work one to one and in a group setting, happy to collaborate and work within a brief.

I offer a unique vocal improvisation project called Balancing Aces. Where we work with our own emotional disconnection in relation to the trauma we hold in our bodies. A 10 week summer singing group runs from 24th May to 26th July.

And a sanctuary for ‘soon to be’ and new mums

Witnessing my friends and family (11 times an aunt), struggle with social isolation, sleep deprivation, overwhelm, and for some, (post-natal) depression, during pregnancy and beyond. I want to support you in your motherhood journey by offering creative refuge. Sharing simple songs and a welcome space to connect with other mums without having to exchange a word. An opportunity to build your own community by doing the things you love or want to try but haven’t until now.

"Vocal improvisation has helped me through many emotive, yet disconnected moments, to safely come home to myself, expressing that which I was unable to articulate by any other means."
